Horizontal Slicer
The Cetinkaya Industrial Horizontal Slicer horizontally slices cakes and other dough products such as hamburger buns. It is designed for medium and large cake producers. From the moment the product is placed on the belt, it slices with 10 speed programs and can separate the product into 2 or more pieces. Using a maximum of 3 blades is recommended for best efficiency. Blade thickness and the height of the upper pressing belt are manually adjustable.
